A&J Property Maintenance Solutions

Brilliant! Arranged with tenant to go in to give a quote to me. Agreed, reasonable price. Arranged a day to do the work, on a weekend, dedicated! Arrived on time, excellent work, new sink put in and wall tiled. Neat and tidy. Great with tenants and their children. Klod is a great bloke and I'm very pleased with the result 😀

I highly recommend Klod. He installed drainage in my back garden and refreshed my garden slabs last year, and I was very pleased with his work. I asked him back again this May to install my kitchen extractor. Klod is friendly, professional, reliable, and always helpful. Excellent service and quality workmanship.

Claude responded to my job within 20 minutes and was able to start work just an hour later, which was a huge help. He was polite, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. He repaired the leaking toilet and replaced the damaged plywood flooring to a really good standard. What impressed me most was that he came back 24 hours later to check everything was still fine and make sure the job had been done properly. He also stuck to the agreed price with no surprises. I would highly recommend Claude to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and hardworking help, and I’ll definitely be booking him again for future work.

Brilliant work from the team fixing damage to a bedroom as a result of flooding. They were able to squeeze me in quickly, whilst still taking the time to do the job properly when the extent of the damage was worse than expected. Kind, friendly and professional!

Klontian was recommended to us for 2 radiators installation at our house. He is very considerate, honest and I wouldn't hesitate contacting him again for any house maintenance work. Communication was excellent and you just know you can trust he will do a thorough job.

Reliable, trustworthy and very experienced, did a great job. Highly recommended!

If you’re wanting help with anything - painting, carpentry, wallpapering, flatpack building or odd jobs, Klod is your man! We named him our superhero (because whatever we asked of him he could make it happen) He is professional and polite. His timekeeping is good, he works incredibly hard and he cleans up after himself too! We cant recommend him more highly. He is definitely our “go to first person” from now on! Mac
