Allbright Property Maintenance Ltd

Had a small wall built outside my house by All bright, fantastic quality and standard of work. Very happy and welcoming company, would recommend to anyone.

It’s been a pleasure to have the Allbright company working on my home for nearly two weeks. The guys have arrived on time every morning and got on with the job taking pride in the standard of their work which has often been difficult. It’s so nice to find a company who are so on the ball. Thank you Allbright.

Adgi and his team were asked to convert part of our integral garage into a bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin on a supply and fit basis. Space was limited due to the gas and electric supply and meters. We are delighted with the result, it is everything we wanted. Bez and Ryan did the construction and fitting with Mike the plumber doing his bit. At every stage Bez explained the process and made improvements to the design as he went along. Adgi noted our age and my wife’s limited mobility and installed a raised toilet and fitted wide door for any future wheelchair access. The whole fit and finish is first class and without doubt we will use Adgi’s company should we need any further work done. Note the photo does not show the flooring yet to be separately fitted.

We cannot thank the Allbright team enough for the works completed: a full garage conversion into a bedroom and shower room, plus a kitchen upgrade. We are complete DIY novices, with no experience at all with building work and so originally planned to move house rather than try to project manage renovations while working too. We are so glad we decided to stay as we have now got what we want in our house, and more, for less! We hardly had to do anything and we were supported and reassured throughout. Other than sorting the gas and electric supply moves and kitchen design, everything else was completed with their expertise and wealth of experience. It seems silly now that we had a dumping ground wasted space of a garage for so long. How the space was used is absolutely amazing. The bedroom is bigger than expected and the shower room is utterly amazing! The whole team worked so hard, right from the moment they would arrive in the morning until end of day. Things were left tidy each day and helpful consideration given on leaving things available to us still living there throughout the works, e.g. sink and washing machine for as long as possible. This made the whole experience far less stressful than anticipated. There were a few little issues here and there that came up but it was always explained with the solutions already considered. No question was too silly (of which I had many!). Thank you to all for being friendly, having excellent advice and bringing everything envisioned to reality. Another company we met with said our plans couldn't quite be done how hoped - Allbright proved this wrong! There was such attention to detail and work was completed to a high standard. It has made our house work better for our family having this done and we 100% made the right decision to choose Allbright for completing the works. We would recommend to anyone.

Contacted Allbright following an internet search of 'the three best builders in Peterborough'. Several blocks of stone cladding had detached themselves from the front of the house. Adgi popped round a couple of days later and we discussed options, choosing to install white UPVC boards to replace the old cladding. We thought the quote was very reasonable and he work was carried out the day after we accepted the quote. The old cladding was removed and the new cladding fits in perfectly with ours and the surrounding properties. Allbright were very straightforward to deal with. The staff are friendly and efficient and I have no hesitation in recommending this company

Can not recommend these guys enough they have gone above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier with the work they have done Adgi has been an absolute godsend from the start keeping lines of communication open and giving clear timelines as to when work will be started it’s very clear they care about what they do and the standard in which they do it can’t begin to thank them for their hard work

We used Allbright for our garage conversion and couldn't be happier with the new transformation. They were here everyday even in the pouring rain! Very professional and reliable. Would definitely recommend.
