Ambleside Property Maintenance

We can strongly recommend using Ambleside. Basel and his team have very recently refurbished a 2 bedroom house for us. What really stands out for us is the efficiency and quality of the work done. Fully painted, with some plastering, carpets, flooring, bathroom and kitchen repairs were all carried out very swiftly, within 3 weeks, which is very impressive. All costs were broken down, clear and most importantly ‘fair’. Basel organised all the trades, and gave options for levels of finish. He kept us very informed all along the way, even when he was on a short holiday! Many thanks to the Ambleside team.

Basel and the team at Ambleside did a fantastic job replacing old guttering. They were professional, courteous and left my driveway spotless! Just waiting for some rain now… Would definitely recommend.

Had our driveway block paved through Basel at Ambleside Property Maintenance. The service received was outstanding. From start to finish Basel communicated regularly with updates, information on how to care for the driveway after installation and checked in with us about the progress the team were making. The team were professional, thorough and knowledgeable. The customer service was nothing but exceptional. I highly recommend Basel and the team for any property maintenance and improvements required.

Thank you helping fix our front door. Very decent trust worthy company to deal with. Very happy to use again

Great company and the guys went above and beyond. Basel is lovely and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service by Basel so far, very helpful and taking every little thing into account.

We had a stressful leak coming through one of our bedroom windows and couldn’t figure out the cause. Basel was quick to reassure us and arranged the right people to investigate. It turned out to be a bigger issue, with pigeons nesting under our solar panels and getting into the roof. Basel took full control and project managed everything, making the whole process much easier for us. The problem is now completely fixed, with repairs done and bird guards installed. Really grateful for his help! Highly recommend!
