Ivan at Balkan Property Maintenance did some work for me some time ago and it was amazing work. Ivan did tiling for our house and it was spot on. The guys arrived on time each day and got a lot done. Ivan also did some work for my relatives and it was great work as well. Ivan goes above and beyond to ensure all the work is done properly and all materials used are top of industry. Not only that, but Ivan is a wonderful person and answers any questions or concerns in a timely manner. I highly reccomend Balkan Property Maintenance for anything you need done whether it’s residential or commercial.
