Had a small mould issue in bathroom, Hanif (H) turned up just two days later to resolve the problem. Hanif was polite, professional and a lovely guy, excellent from start to finish . 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Luton council need to know how to communicate and how to use appropriate workers, I been having non stop issues and every time you call for a repair it’s not emergency, main location of use in the house to cook, clean and they say not urgent have to wait for call, absolute disgusting behaviour from LBC AND BTS, they promise you a call and another says not today disappointed

BTS gas service engineer working in a LBC property was caught by elderly tennent self stimulating himself whilst lying on her bed, beware of these people at BTS. Demmand a supervised visit

"I am extremely disappointed with the service I've received from BTS .I've had an ongoing electrical issue with my shower for three months, and despite numerous calls and assurances, it remains unresolved. The lack of communication and action is unacceptable. I strongly advise considering other options."

The tradespeople that work for BTS are exceptional. The only problem is the rude bloody woman that takes the reports. After losing my keys and calling out of hours service. I was told to call back after 8am. I informed her that the response is between 8pm and 8am. That is when she took my details. Had it been for her I would still be locked out.

We had Gary and Scott round this week to replace a boiler. They were friendly and efficient. Plus cleaner up after themselves. Thanks lads

Came to the office in building 1 to collect a new key fob for the entry to the building where I live. The council are improving our security. The lady behind the counter was polite, well dressed and nice. If you have to go there go it's not to bad just a little hard to find
