Dr.House Handyman

I've had smaller jobs done by Albert before and was very happy so asked him to renovate our bathroom. It's an old house so it threw a few surprises at him but he dealt with all the issues with skill and patience, repairing walls, routing pipework, and (with Ellis) scraping wood chip off the ceiling. Bathroom looks and feels transformed. The tiling is outstanding and the walk-in shower is a highlight. As before, a strong recommendation from me and my family.

We recently hired Albert for a long list of jobs around our home, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Over the course of just two days, Albert completed an impressive range of work, including fitting shelves, mirrors, curtain poles, blinds, coat hooks, towel rails, light fittings, a toilet seat, resealing sinks and a bath, changing a light switch, securing a large mirror, and even building a bespoke L-shaped office desk using IKEA drawers, legs and worktops. What really stood out was his attention to detail and precision. Every job was completed to an exceptionally high standard, and it was clear that he takes great pride in his work. Nothing felt rushed despite the amount he achieved in such a short time. To top it off, while he was with us we discovered that an old picture nail had caused a leak. Albert immediately jumped into action, identified the issue, and carried out a repair to stop further damage. We'll be having him back to make good the affected wall, and we wouldn't hesitate to use his services again for future projects. Professional, reliable, highly skilled, and genuinely helpful – I can thoroughly recommend Albert to anyone looking for a handyman who delivers quality workmanship and excellent service.

What an absolutely brilliant guy! My bathroom looks amazing and he’s done so many little jobs in there it’s gorgeous and totally transformed. Recommend him so highly, great work and such a lovely person!

Albert is very professional and incredible helpful. Planning and Comms were great pre job, and very well executed project to building summer house for us. Thank you Albert!

I paid for Albert to come and do a days worth of jobs for my Mum’s birthday gift. He got through a great long list and completed everything professionally and efficiently. Thanks Albert. She’s super happy.

What a wonderful guy. Gave me a free call out and estimate, completed two very tricky jobs in two days and worked clean with excellent results. Amazing work ethic and we had a lovely chat after the job was finished. I will definitely be using him again. Cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you Lazlo.

We just moved house and our new home needed a top-to-toe paint refresh. I'm so pleased with the finished job. Albert and Ellis have worked really hard, done exactly as agreed, with lots of helpful advice for the new home along the way. The price was fair, and they're pleasant, trustworthy, friendly people to have in your home for a week or two, which is also important. 100% recommend :)
