Flex Maintenance - Property Maintenance and Refurbishments

Owner is rude and obnoxious. Has no clue about the building trade either. Aerospace worker thinking he can tell professional trades people how to do there job. Ridiculous company.

We have used the Flex team for a few jobs including building and decorating works this year. They are a lovely team and have completed our jobs to a high standard.

Honestly never had any Maintenance companies come in completely ignore everything I'm saying, decide it has to be a problem in the bathroom (or problem isn't, it only happens in heavy rain), see period products and decide that it is unacceptable conditions to test the taps. (They get a 2 rather than a 1 because the lady the rings me to book us in is lovely, as is the Electrician that normally comes)

Flex Maintenance are a dream to work with as a letting agent. The team are always professional, friendly and helpful. All maintenance works are completed to the highest of standards, within an acceptable timeframe, and at a reasonable cost. Would highly recommend!

As a professional landlord with multiple properties in & around the Hull area, I have been using Flex Maintenance for over 10 years now, with great effect & ease of running the properties. An e mail or phone call away & the matter is dealt with swiftly by the admin team & the job request actioned as quickly as possible, much to the delight of the tenants. Once a job request has been made, the relevant tradesman attends & accesses the work required & the estimate invoice is sent for authorisation to proceed. It’s a very swift an efficient hands off approach for me as a landlord & takes the hassle out of dealing with any repairs myself or having to ring around trades to arrange works. One stop shop for all jobs & a phone call or e mail & Flex takes it from there. Many thanks to all at Flex Maintenance for making my life easy. LESJ.

I work with a vast amount of contractors and similar “one stop shop” companies to the Flex model. So know what to expect and how it works as it is a great concept. I gave Flex 12 substantial projects and I was let down on 75% of them. The only reason I continued to offer the last couple of jobs was the girls in the Office. They are professional and courteous but that is where it ends. Jobs were not completed, given weeks of notice and clear instructions but the works not carried out, had to continually chase. Very very disappointing as I like to use local contractors but when simple instructions turn into a hassle, it’s just not worth it in the end.

Absolutely awful company. Second time they’ve arranged to carry out work and no one has turned up or called to say they’re not coming. Started the work, ripped up my kitchen floor, now 4 weeks later I still don’t have a kitchen floor. Not ideal with a 1 year old in the house.
