Giaoupi Property Maintenance

We are extremely pleased with the work carried out on our bathroom and flooring. From start to finish, Konstantinos was professional, friendly, and highly efficient. He did an excellent job replacing the flooring and fixing all the issues we had in the bathroom, with great attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept us informed throughout the project, and made sure we were happy with the results. The work was completed efficiently and the area was left clean and tidy. We are so happy with the quality of the work that we have already decided to use him again for our second bathroom renovation. Highly recommended!

I had my toilet ripped out and plastered and tiled throughout. New toilet furniture fitted. Konstantinos did a great job very professional. This is the second job Konstantinos has done for me and I am more the pleased.

This is my first time working with a professional tiler who was not recommended by a family member. I obtained about five quotes from Checkatrade tradesmen for a leak repair in the bathroom tiles. Kosta was, from the outset, very welcoming, honest about his availability, and clear regarding the issues at hand. He asked the right questions and provided valuable insight into the current problem. He was professional, showed integrity, and demonstrated a strong work ethic. He went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and requirements. If you are looking for a passionate, professional, and reliable tiler, look no further

Konstantinos has done the most amazing job transforming my wet room. From coming to quote, to helping me choose the right tiles for the job and carrying out the work, I couldn't recommend him highly enough. He removed the the old tiles from the wall, removed the floor membrane, replastered the walls, applied the new tiles to the walls and floor. He also fitted a new toilet, grab rails, toilet roll holder and hand towel rail. He did an amazing job. He was on time everyday, kept me informed and included in progress and decisions. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Fantastic job. Costs did a great high quality job. I was more than happy with the work. He was flexible with his approach to suit my family situation and made sure the job was finished, whilst going above and beyond the scope of the quote, in the agreed time frame. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have some work done by him

Kostas is multi skilled. He has a strong work ethic and is quick to communicate his ideas about how to progress your project. If he finds problems, he is quick to find solutions. He is diligent and keen to do a proper job. I would recommend him to anyone and have used him repeatedly and consistently been satisfied with his work.

Konstantinos is the best tradesperson I have worked with in 10 years of extensive rennovation projects. He has been the consumate professional and clearly takes pride in his work. His attention to detail and execution was excellent. Mr Gaioupi not only did the tiling work I hired him for but was also able to undo a lot of the problems the previous workmen caused in my new kitchen. He has been good natured and communicative throughout the whole process, highlighting current and likely future issues. I would recommend him to anyone needing rennovations.
