I was looking to get a freestanding washing machine hooked up and was quoted £95! There is no plumbing required as i had the old machine taken out, so it would just be a case of taking off the transit bolts, adjusting the feet and connecting the hoses . I put an ad on checkatrade and got a quote for £50. I'm not sure why it's almost double. That's some difference, I'm disappointed 😞 It would be so useful to have a local handyman to help with odd jobs but I don't want to be ripped off. I see lots of reviews saying that their prices are good but definitely not my experience 😕 Such a shame 😞

Jason did an excellent job replacing 2 light fittings. The company was quick to respond and quick to do the job at a reasonable price.
We recently had Jason out to do several jobs around our home, including mounting two TVs, installing multiple ceiling lights, and a few other bits that needed sorted and everything was done absolutely perfectly. He was professional, reliable, and clearly takes pride in his work. He left everything tidy afterwards and made sure we were happy with everything before leaving. We’ll definitely be using Glasgow Handyman Services again in the future
