Handyman Swansea - PropertyFixWales

Handyman Swansea - PropertyFixWales is the business customers describe when they discuss their experiences in Swansea, and the accounts focus closely on the work of John, a handyman whom several reviewers name directly. His jobs have covered a broad spread of property maintenance, including boxing in pipework, hanging curtains, fitting a new handle to a bedroom door and repairing the key mechanism on a front door, alongside furniture assembly, locksmith tasks and a kitchen renovation where he took measurements and talked the customer through each stage of the process.

Reliability and punctuality recur repeatedly: reviewers note that he arrives on time, keeps appointments and works steadily until the task is finished, checking that everything functions correctly before leaving. The standard of finish is described as neat and thorough, with customers saying he turns up with the right tools and completes the work quickly.

Pricing comes up often as fair and reasonable for the quality delivered, and his manner is consistently called friendly, professional and trustworthy, with clear discussion before and during the job. Several accounts mention the care taken to leave the property tidy and the willingness to go over the details until the customer is satisfied. The kitchen renovation and door repairs feature most commonly in the feedback.
