JSM Property Services (UK) Ltd

JSM Property Services (UK) Ltd is a property maintenance and decoration company based in Bristol. It is a family run company with over 20 years of experience in the building trade. The company specialises in working with letting agents and private landlords, and serves the Bristol area.

Jason is named as the person leading the company and its team. JSM Property Services has worked on a Grade II listed building in central Bristol. Its services cover day to day maintenance and preparing rental properties ready for tenants.

Property refurbishment and rental turnaround work forms the backbone of the projects described, with jobs spanning void-period maintenance, end-of-tenancy redecorations, bathroom and stairwell painting, and smaller repairs such as fitting an extractor fan, treating and repainting a mould-affected bathroom, securing a stair handrail, hanging curtain rods, replacing doorknobs and patching decoration. Jason is the name that recurs throughout the feedback, and the traits customers consistently highlight are punctuality, meticulousness and the standard of the finished result.

Communication is another point that comes up often, particularly where tenants, agents or absent owners need to be kept informed and access arranged. Accounts repeatedly refer to quotes supplied quickly and honoured even when unexpected difficulties emerge mid-job, with pricing described as realistic and representing value rather than merely being low. Tidiness once work is finished is noted again and again, along with a readiness to handle small tasks that other trades turn down and the adaptability to meet tight deadlines, sometimes completing everything in a single day. Sound, sensible advice about how demanding a job is likely to prove is also appreciated.
