Norwich Residential Management (NRM)

NRM has been managing property since 2012 when the NR1 blocks were built. Over the years I have received great support from the NRM Team and their Manager to-date, Mr Guy Hudson. We've been through some difficult times, especially since the Grenfeld Fires onwards. NRM has always stood up in favor of the Landlords/Tenants and managed the remedial works in a professional manner.

My wife and I lived in a property that was managed and maintained by NRM. Being a director on the maintenance company, I was in regular direct contact with NRM, who were always helpful and responsive to the needs of the property, owners and residents. NRM were able to explain current and changing building regulations and the impact on the residents. Thank you to NRM for all your hard work!

We owned a flat managed by NRM for seven years and throughout that time the service received was top quality. The site was maintained to a high standard and any concerns were dealt with very quickly.

Over the past ten years, NRM have been the Managing Agents for our block of 32 flats, built in the 1930’s. When they took on this responsibility they inherited various historical problems caused by neglect and mismanagement by former “professionals”. In a short time they had resolved these problems, established a regime of regular inspections and set up a planned maintenance schedule which they adhere to and fully supervise. They ensure rental income is collected when due, coordinate with tenants and advise on all new legislation and relevant matters. In my opinion they are exceptional agents and a pleasure to work with. Following an awful experience with another management agency NRM took over management of our block of flats in Norwich. Ten years on and we are still very satisfied with everything NRM does - and the personal and speedy attention to emails/queries is impressive. Keep it up Guy and thanks.

We have been very impressed with NRM since they took over the management of our apartment block . They are readily available to contact by phone and email and deal with any issues or queries promptly. We would especially like to mention Edward Labrum who fields our occasional concerns with courtesy and patience. There was an issue with my parking space and Guy from NRM contacted me to resolve the problem. We exchanged various emails providing each other with all the necessary information. During the whole process, he was professional, polite, understanding and efficient.
