Premise Property Maintenance Ltd

We recently instructed Premise to carry out the external decoration of our property. The communication with Andy was excellent from start to completion, he attended our premises regularly, continually checking the progress of the work being carried out, always ensuring we were happy with everything down to the finest detail. His team were extremely professional, friendly and respectful at all times and all work was carried out to the highest standard. I would highly recommend Premise to anyone seeking a professional property maintenance company. Thank you Andy and your superb team for doing such a great job! 😊

Andy and his team did a great job when we had multiple works done recently, including electrics, loft boarding and plastering. There was some changes to the project as we went through and they were all easily accommodated. Thanks for all your hard work.

We always use Andy and the Premise team for jobs big and small on our house in Southampton. Honest service, fair pricing and friendly and reliable. This takes the hassle out of trying to find a different contractor each time something goes wrong. Highly recommended!

Used Premise Property Maintenance on several occasions and they are efficient and very reliable. Would highly recommend.

Chris from Premise did a fantastic job decorating the whole of my flat. Very professional, helpful and very tidy. Went above and beyond. I am very pleased. Even from the start when Andy came to give me a quote. Very helpful. Would certainly recommend Premise to my friends. They are an all round company turning to all sorts of different trades.
