Jason did a great job fixing the broken step and floor board. Recommended to others and we will use again for sure!

Jason did a great job. He was polite, efficient and professional. I highly recommend him..

Jason is such a wonderful and honest trade person. Attended at the time he said gave honest and appropriate advice and explained everything in great detail so I could understand the reasoning behind his work. Very tidy and respectful indeed and would highly recommend.

Jason from Property Fix responded to my call straight away and came out the following day to remove old dishwasher and identify smell behind it. He was very professional and helpful.

Jason was excellent. He thoroughly investigated the cause of our damp and provided a detailed analysis of what needed to be done. We received a detailed quote and explanation. He did a fantastic job and was very professional.

Property fixed Ltd and more importantly Jason the owner are I can only describe as Brilliant. My shower had been leaking for a while and no matter what had been tried the leaking had continued, I had been noticing a mouldy smell and then I began to think the same smell was coming out from my kitchen and the base of my kitchen unit began to feel damp . Jason was asked to have a look and investigate what was happening and after a thorough investigation which I can honestly say left no space unchecked found that the problem was caused by the shower base not being sealed and gradually the moisture from their shower had been leaking out and under the unit and had traveled along the joist and began to rot the support and into the kitchen.I dread to think of the damage that would and could have happened if Jason had not diagnosed the problem. The repairs that would be needed and the work that would be required were explained every step of the way and the standard of work was excellent and no matter what questions I asked nothing was to much trouble to explain .I can't praise his work ethic enough if the job needed doing it would be done their was no cutting corners and all along the way everything was explained If you need any help with a damp or mould problem Jason is not going to let you down. One word Excellent.
