R&S property maintenance services LTD

Pete and the whole team were great - friendly, reliable, organised and clearly great at what they do. Went above and beyond to help - would definitely book them again!

Wonderful company. Totally trustworthy and professional. Nice people too. They did a great job helping me to diagnose the cause of a leak and writing a report. I would totally recommend them

Pete, Dan and their team renovated our entire house and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. The attention to detail and the quality of the finishes are excellent, everything has been done to a really high standard. They were fully invested in the project from day one and worked very closely with us throughout. Communication was clear and consistent, they were always responsive, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They also brought some brilliant ideas to the table and have a great eye for design, which made a real difference to the end result. They really take pride in their trade. The whole team was professional, approachable and easy to work with, and it shows in the finished product. We now have a beautiful home thanks to them. Thank you again, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We just worked with them. They are a good team. Work well done and very responsible. Reply quickly.

Pete and his excellent team are efficient, knowledgeable, reliable and done the work that I required and above the standard that I expected. They worked continuously until completion. Thank you very much to Pete and his team.

I am so happy with the high standard of work completed by the team and would highly recommend. Pete is incredibly responsive and had no end of patience with my many queries!

Pete and his team are a lovely group of people who work to very high standards and have the customer’s best interest at heart. Pete talked me through all the stages, quotes were detailed and reasonable, and communication has been great all the way through the process. Pete also incorporated any additional work I requested. The finished rooms are amazing. My bathroom refurb, which Pete and Dan helped design, looks stunning and has exceeded my expectations. I have finally found a company that is reliable, dedicated, helpful and genuine. Thank you!
