Nenad, named consistently across feedback, is described as prompt, arriving when promised and working efficiently through each job. A theme running through the feedback is his meticulous attention to detail, whether laying new wooden flooring throughout a flooded flat, wallpapering and painting walls, or applying large vinyls in an office with precision.

Reliability and trustworthiness are recurring themes, with customers noting repeat bookings over several years for work at home and in rental properties. Reviewers also highlight the fair prices quoted, his friendly and approachable manner, and the care taken to communicate clearly before and during jobs. Tidiness afterwards is mentioned, as is the pride evident in achieving a detailed finish. Accounts include a full flat renovation following flooding, covering flooring and decorating, washing a driveway, and fixing broken lights in a rental property without fuss. Sourcing paint from supplied colour references is cited as an example of the thoroughness customers associate with him.
