I've been renting a 2 bedroom house in Ipswich, with Rents of Ipswich for over 5 years now. Some Rental Companies can be awful, but honestly I've not had any issues with Rents. All The Staff our Brilliant and the communications I've had with them have been 10/10. When I have my checks on the house for my Landlord. I fully trust Michaela to pop into the house for a once over on her own, with my permission. I also have a good communication's with Clare the Office Manager too, also a bit of banter thrown in too. If something needs to be fixed or replaced their website is easy to use to report any faults. I only tend to deal with Clare & Michaela, as I say I've dealt with them both for over 5 years now.
