I phoned the office to enquire about having an outside tap fitted, Brandon came out to look and quote, then booked me in the very next morning (as it was more convenient for me) and had the job done within the hour. Looks amazing and very professionally done. Will definitely be using this company again if I need other work doing. Thank you :)

Used WRPM to fit some SPC flooring in our kitchen, living room, stairs and landing. Top quality work and a good set of lads. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic company. They did a full back to brick refurb on my property, including new kitchen and bathroom. The communication was first class and we would definitely recommend. 5 star service!!

We were contacted by this individual regarding two EPCs for his client in Manchester. As is regrettably common in the industry, he chose to leave arranging these EPCs until the very last possible moment. This approach is, at best, careless. EPCs are a legal requirement for renting a property, and leaving their arrangement until the eleventh hour places the client’s ability to rent — and their income — entirely at risk. In this case, the appointment was scheduled for Friday 27 February 2026, despite the EPC being required by Monday 2 March 2026. Organising a vital legal document with only one working day to spare is not the behaviour of a diligent or competent professional. We missed one appointment — a single appointment — and for a legitimate reason. The crankshaft sensor on our van returned an error code, causing starting issues and making attendance impossible. We did not “fail to turn up.” We informed him in advance, by message, explaining the situation truthfully and transparently. Rather than acknowledging his own poor planning, he responded with an unnecessarily rude and unprofessional message. He then chose to escalate matters further by posting a vindictive review on Trustpilot, including a gratuitous and inappropriate personal reference to my ex-girlfriend — a detail entirely irrelevant to the matter at hand and deeply unprofessional. He also attempted to justify his behaviour by referencing historic negative reviews. Anyone with even a basic understanding of business will know that after ten years of trading, not every customer will be satisfied. Our overall rating remains strong, at over four stars, with the overwhelming majority of reviews reflecting satisfied clients. Expecting perfection over a decade-long trading history is naïve at best. He further criticised our communication, despite having sent 25 WhatsApp messages in the space of one week, to which we replied 22 times. That level of contact is excessive and borders on obsessive. If required, I am more than happy to publish the message history to substantiate this point. There was also a short delay between his initial contact and the booking of the appointment, which was clearly explained to him at the time as being due to a pre-arranged holiday. This explanation was apparently either ignored or not understood. His client is understandably unhappy that the EPC deadline was missed. However, the question that must be asked is this: is it professional to schedule a legally essential inspection one working day before a hard deadline? And is it professional to respond to a legitimate cancellation with hostility, personal attacks, and public tantrums? The facts are simple and provable: The appointment was on Friday 27 February. The deadline was Monday 2 March. We cancelled once, for a legitimate mechanical failure. We informed him in advance. He responded emotionally rather than professionally. I will be advising my extensive contacts within the property industry — built over more than ten years — to avoid working with individuals who leave critical compliance matters to the last minute and then react petulantly when reality intervenes.

Really appreciated all Jimmy came out and did for us! He was doing electrics in a different property when a bad leak started coming through from our flat. He stayed all day to fix the leak, ensuring we could use the showers. He then proceeded to check over a number of issues within the house, helping us out massively! Lovely to have around, nice and chatty- went above and beyond☺️
