After moving into our new home, we had a long list of odd jobs that we'd been putting off. Able Handyman/Property Maintenance Services sorted everything from fixing loose skirting boards to repairing a leaking tap. The work was completed efficiently, and everything was left clean and tidy. We'll definitely be using them again

Shaun did some work for us at our swimming pool in Dec-2019, installing grab handles in the disabled toilet, mop and brush holders and a soap dispenser. The work was carried our quickly, efficiently and cleanly. Would definitely use again.

I recently moved into a property and had various jobs that need doing which included wallpaper stripping & painting, floorboard replacement following some damp treatment, window handle and tap replacements, shelving, putting up some blinds, a hanging dryer and a washing post and line in the garden. He also knocked out a fireplace, fire boarded and laid a hearth for a new multi-fuel stove in the living room. It was such a big help having one person who could put their hand to so many different jobs an do such a fantastic job. Shaun has such a good eye for detail and everything was finished quickly and properly to a very high standard. He turned up when he said he would and left things clean and tidy afterwards.
