Apex property York ltd

I would recommend Ash & Rachel to everyone. We had a leak for months, endless visits from other companies amounted into more visits, yet no fixes. Ash & Rachel came to install a bathroom plug, I mentioned the leak and they fixed it the same day. Weeks and weeks of hassle that was resolved in 2 hours, all because they offered to take a look, is really a testament to how professional and courteous Apex Property is. 10/10.

Very professional from the start. They arrived on the date agreed for the quote and once accepted, carried out the works to a very good standard. Cleaned up after themselves and left an excellent job. I will definitely use Apex again!

From our first enquiry to the final inspection, Apex Property York Ltd delivered first-class service. They transformed our property with excellent workmanship and great attention to detail, keeping everything clean and organised throughout. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future projects

Highly recommend! They take care of everything quickly and efficiently. Great service every time.

Ash and Rachel absolutely exceeded my expectations with the work they did for me this week, and then some. The workmanship and quality is top notch. We hit a couple of snags no-one expected, and they went above and beyond to sort it out, with no fuss. They are brilliant at the business-side things too - on time every day, great communication and just friendly and pleasant to have in the house. Can't recommend them highly enough.

We couldn’t be happier with the work Apex carried out in our guest bathroom. From the very start, they were professional, punctual, and incredibly skilled. The team arrived on time, clearly knew exactly what they were doing, and worked efficiently without cutting any corners. Overall, a first-class job. Highly recommend Apex Property Services for anyone needing maintenance or renovation work — we’ll absolutely be using them again.

I had rising damp at my property in the dining room which was really bad and it has been completely transformed! I am really pleased with the job Ash has done and I was kept informed at all stages of the work. Thank you!
