Unfortunately, as nice as Gareth and the team were, I paid £200 for a quote because I was told a rough estimate couldn’t be given over the phone. The quote I received was extremely high — £47,000 for renovations in a two-bedroom flat (painting, installing a bathroom in the master bedroom, and flooring). They quoted £20k for an ensuite (with existing plumbing), nearly £9k for painting, around £7k for flooring, 2.5k THOUSAND POUNDS FOR WASTE REMOVAL, This is far above what other companies have estimated; I received free quotes from other businesses for less than half the price afterwards and they were as shocked as i am when they heard the prices. Because of this, I personally wouldn’t recommend their service for this type of work, and I don’t want anyone else to pay £200 only to be shocked by the quote like I was. Fantastic service! They were very friendly and did a great job replacing our old curtain rail with the new pole. I'm very grateful and will definitely call on them again. Good price too, I highly recommend them.

I needed advice about how to install a new freezer and install a gas hob. When Gareth came, he told me that i didn't need a new freezer, just needed it realigned as it wasn't closing properly. I was impressed that he fixed this and saved me a lot of money and inconvenience. He explained everything which was really considerate. He then got a gas fitter to come to install the hob. They were really helpful and considerate too. I have used this company before and will continue to do so as they respond quickly, keep you informed of their timing and are extremely polite and knowledgeable. Thank you Sharon
