Cambridge Property Doctor

Simon has been brilliant across a range of tasks such as removing a rock, doing the mastic on a new build, fitting new doors and storage. Highly recommend

Simon did a great job installing a kitchen blind. He was available a lot sooner than expected and got the job done quickly. He was friendly and professional and clear in his communication. I would recommend him and consider using him again in future.

I was particularly grateful for Simon's honesty in the first visit - the piece needed more drying and it was better to leave it alone even if that meant he came for nothing. I appreciate the integrity. Simon is very competent, helpful and good at problem-solving. His prices are very reasonable. Many thanks for everything.

Simon is an excellent problem solver. After I noticed some gaps in the roof two days after the shed was assembled, he promptly returned the next day to inspect the issue. He quickly identified that the problem was caused by the uneven ground in my carport and resolved it within an hour. Now the shed is in perfect condition.

I highly recommend Simon for any handyman work. Over the past year, he has completed several jobs for us to an excellent standard, including installing a kitchen splashback, building storage solutions for wardrobes and other areas around the home. Simon is reliable, punctual, and very reasonably priced. His workmanship is top quality, and he always approaches his work with a friendly and professional attitude. We’ve been so impressed with his service that we’ve referred him to others, who have also been very happy with his work. If you're looking for a skilled, trustworthy, and pleasant handyman, Simon is definitely someone you can count on.

It's rare to find someone who is both fast and does an excellent job - but Simon is! I call Simon when my list of annoying small DIY jobs that I can no longer do myself gets too long, and he gets them done at breakneck speed. No wonder he's booked up a month in advance

Simon responded promptly to my enquiry and the job was carried out 2 days later. Very reasonable prices and you will get a quality job. No hesitation in recommending him.
