Can-Be-Asked Handyman & Property Services did an excellent job with several repairs around our home. They fixed damaged doors, repaired drywall, and installed new shelving with great attention to detail. The work was completed efficiently, and everything looks perfect.

Pete is very experienced in all aspects of trades. He is a consummate professional. He is kind polite and understanding. He explained every stage of the job very well. If there’s a problem he gives options of solutions. He is punctual. He is so strong. He lifts doors and 10mm shower glass panels like they are a box of tissues. Some loose door handles to my flat needed replacing with through hole bolts to make them secure. I made contact with Pete expecting to wait forever ( other folk I reached out to never responded ) but from his initial visit to sorting the problem was 2 days. Job done, my wife is delighted. She’s currently looking for more jobs he can do. I highly recommend Pete and will use his services in the future. On the scale of small to big jobs mine was minor but Pete still turned up, good man.

Unprofessional. Would NOT recommend using this guy. Pete visited my house to provide a quote. After I asked questions about how the work would be performed, the options for purchasing materials and how it could look when finished he suddenly got a bit defensive indicating I'm trying to tell him how to do his job. He then made an excuse to go to his van to collect some tools and instead just drove off! Bizarre. Never known any professional tradesman to behave like that. Bullying? Seriously? How old are you? 7? You are supposed to be a professional tradesman yet you obviously don't like being asked job-related questions, which a paying customer should be allowed to ask, without getting defensive and running off in a huff. Very unprofessional on this occasion.

Extremely pleased with Pete's work installing pull-down ladder and walkway for access to the boiler in a difficult roof space. No hesitation in recommending him. I've already asked him about future works that need doing.

Small job sorting out a difficult curtain pole to make it secure. Carried out with no fuss and no mess. No hesitation in recommending. More recently Peter replaced a wooden side door to my garage. His work was to a high standard using quality materials. Another excellent job.
