Cardiff and Vale Handyman draws consistent praise from customers for the range of practical jobs its team completes. Stephen, named repeatedly alongside Joe, is described as professional, punctual and willing to turn his hand to whatever needs fixing, from flat-pack furniture assembly and new cupboard fastenings to hanging mirrors, curtains and storage cubes. Several reviewers highlight the speed of response, with queries answered quickly and quotes and bookings arranged without fuss; one account describes a leak that was rearranged into the diary at short notice and repaired the same day, followed by a check-in days later.

Tidiness and attention to detail come up often, as does the quality of the finished result, whether shelves, a notice board, a garage door, outside lighting or a shower wall fixing. Customers also describe electrical work as prompt, efficient and reasonably charged, and communication before and after jobs is a recurring theme. The friendliness of the team, the willingness to source fittings and the care taken over small domestic tasks round out the picture.
