4.8 / 5 · 108 totalHad a real bad experience with this guy Mike! , please be aware of him, spoke really bad towards me, acting like a wannabe gangster, spoke unprofessional over the phone and hanged up the call after criticising me over the phone and over sms text message. I would advise everyone to seek another professional. If he can’t do the job he will belittle you and talk down on you. I’m glad I never paid him got someone else to do the job.
Always easy and efficient - have used Dr Flatpack for over 5 years on a number of occasions at both my own place and my mum’s. Kyle is amazing as always.
I had seven items in all to be assembled, including a bed, TV Unit snd large storage unit etc.. Kyle who did the work was extremely polite and did an amazing job putting everything together in super quick time. Would fully recommend them and will have no doubts about using them again in the future 👍🏻
Kyle at Dr Flatpack did a fantastic job assembling our ottoman bed. He was punctual, worked efficiently, and communicated clearly — including keeping us updated when traffic meant his arrival time might change. Professional, reliable, and stress-free service. Highly recommend!
Kyle did a good job of building the cupboards. However, there was also some carpentry involved. When booking the job, I was told there would be a 'small wait' for the carpenter. I chased Mike several times to arrange this, but he didn't get back to me and I gave up. It was disappointing to have the job half done (although I hadn't yet paid for the carpentry). It was also difficult for someone else to pick up the job with no handover/communication. I'd recommend Kyle but not a job where separate carpentry is required.
I contacted Mike for some outdoor furniture that I required to be built. Communication was seamless and somebody was sent out to me within a couple of days to complete the job. Kyle was fantastic. He was so quick and efficient. Was so pleased. Will definitely be using again!!
Kyle came yesterday to help with installing a study table, books rack , a wardrobe, and mounting a TV on the wall. He was extremely polite, professional, and clearly very skilled at what he does. Everything was done perfectly and with great attention to detail. I really appreciated his positive attitude and respectfulness — highly recommend him and the company!
