Absolutely delighted with Amir's service and work! Had an urgent problem with some damaged floorboards. Called Amir on a Friday morning out of the blue, after seeing loads of positive Google reviews, and after the phone call he came to assess the property within just an hour or so. He noticed that I had quite a significant amount of damage to the flooring, and as I had tenants moving in the following week, decided to sacrifice his Saturday and agreed to attend to the job urgently the next day. He was very professional, clear in his communication, and sent me a quote exactly when he said he would. The price was fair, particularly given the urgent and difficult nature of the job, and the fact that it was going to be done at a weekend, and he turned up exactly when he said he would the following day. He worked solidly for approximately 5 hours that Saturday, and I found him to be friendly throughout, but also extremely dedicated to providing a solid fix to the problem. Of note, I found Amir’s thorough approach to assessing the problem - specifically, to looking at the wider issues causing the problem, rather than just providing a quick fix for the specific issue that I had asked him to attend for - to be unusually refreshing. His diagnostic skills are sharp as he is thorough with his assessment in the first place. I am extremely grateful for Amir’s fast response, dedication to providing me with a solid solution as quickly as possible, fair price and thorough analysis of the issue at hand, and would recommend him without hesitation. Indeed, I have already passed his number to friends and family, and will no doubt call him again in the future.

Amir did a really good job. The decking and fencing had been neglected and the main part of the decking had to be sanded right back to bare wood. He worked non stop with just a break now and again, to have a drink of water. (It was very hot weather). He put three coats of paint on the decking and two coats on the fences and a couple of extra jobs to make the garden look tidy. Everything was cleared away and swept clean including the patio and artificial grass. He is very polite and conscientious and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and would certainly ask him in future if I needed any jobs done.

Amir installed a cooker hood for us, complete with external vent. Not an easy job as our walls are aggregate (wimpy no-fines) concrete which is a nightmare to drill through. Amir turned up when agreed, completed the job to a high standard and cleaned up after himself. All was done for a very reasonable rate and we will definitely give him a call again if work required in the future.

I’m really pleased with the work that Amir has done! Everything was completed to a very good standard, he was reliable, tidy, and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend and will be using him again.

I contacted Amir about a number of jobs around the house and I'm very happy with the work he's done. It included replacing lights inside and out, new extractor fan, putting up shelves, gate repair and removal of old Sky dish and cabling. Communication was great throughout and he worked non stop through the day. I definitely recommend and will contact him again for any future jobs.

Really good job! We had all the inner doors changed, which Amir really paid attention to. Lights were changed, in which Amir was very sensible with the light fitting, which we were very pleased with. The price was also good given the work carried out. Overall, very pleased and highly recommended!
