Would highly recommend using this company as each time i have had any issues with my home or my workplace they have always been attentive and resolved my problems 🙂 Yesterday i contacted them to fix a toilet at my workplace which was unsafe to use, within minutes i had a time and booking for the next day. Engineer attended and within 30 minutes we had the toilet back in use. Thank you again for your service and customer service throughout. See you again next time. Gemma x
I have been using First Group for plumbing and electrical services for some years now. They are reliable, swift to respond to an emergency, and good communicators. They always explain the work to be done clearly and offer clear quotations, which it's possible to discuss with them. When I recently had a problem with the service, it was possible to have a sensible conversation with them about what went wrong, and they fixed the problem free of charge. It's that kind of confidence that you are in safe and sensible hands that makes all the difference.
Highly recommended and would definitely use again. Repaired a leak I had - plumber called Dan did a really professional job on it. Great service from Karen and all the friendly FirstPlumb staff - helpful from start to finish. 5 stars.
First Plumb replaced my boiler a few years ago, i chose them due to their competitive price. Peter the engineer was polite and tidy and explained how to use the new controls. They have been servicing the boiler every year since. I wouldn’t use anyone else and would highly recommend them.
This is not the first and won't be the last time we use First Maintenance (particularly the plumbing division) They have very efficient office staff, really helpful and quick to respond. The workmen are prompt, skillful, courteous and tidy. Also very thoughtful and considerate to the needs and requirements of why the work is being carried out, and were able to adapt and propose alternatives (this job was with disabled accessibility in mind) I can highly recommend First Plumb, this will make things so much easier for us. I am still waiting nearly 4 weeks later for Andy to come and fix a leak we had on a new radiator he had just fitted. After telling us initially that it wasn't their problem, they then told us to put a bucket under the radiator and Andy would come when he was free which would be in about 2 weeks time. We called another plumbing company who sent a plumber within hours. By contrast he was polite ( no swearing like Andy) and professional. He fixed the leak quickly and saved our brand new carpet which was very wet by this time. Will never use First Plumb again.
