Rearranged for another day, they turned up at 4.30, which was too late to start the job. 3rd appointment, finally the job got done and we were pleased with the work. We decided to give the benefit of the doubt and booked for another small job, to fix an outside tap. Again, nobody turned up and no phone call to advise ,explain or apologise. This time, we didn't waste our time and money ringing them back for another excuse. We won't be using them again. In spite of their claims to be reliable and professional, they are the opposite
Went out of their way to arrange a suitable appointment. They arrived at the arranged time, and completed the job in good time. The work was of excellent quality, Friendly and first class service. Will definitely use them again.

Bill has been an extremely reliable source of Handy work over the years. No job has been too complicated. Bill and the team have helped through a number of renovation works. Highly recommended! Whatever the problem, they’ve managed to tackle it.. kitchen, bathroom, and the rest!
A massive thank you to Bill and his team for their friendly, prompt and professional services. My elderly father bought a cross trainer which was impossible to assemble as the instructions were so complex. Handyman sent a member of the team the following day to tackle this challenging task. He did an excellent job at a competitive rate. I even received a courtesy telephone call after a few days to see if I was fully satisfied with the workmanship which I certainly was.
