He is thoroughly professional, courteous and reliable, then to top it all off, he is a first class tradesman as well. He takes pride in his work and goes that extra mile to make sure things are finished to everyone's satisfaction. We really appreciated Doug's ability to suggest solutions and options for some trickier repairs and were impressed by his effective communication throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend Doug, our only regret is that we didn't meet him much sooner in our renovation journey!

Hawthorn Property Services (specifically their Director, Doug) were polite, professional and so helpful with the home decor / handyman work I needed done in my new home. Doug was responsive and quick to reply to my emails. The quality of the work completed was excellent and Doug also helpfully arranged for any rubbish, resulting from the works, to be collected. I would certainly use Hawthorn Property Services in the future and will recommend to anyone in the surrounding area.
Pretty professional and considerate group of Handymen. Doug came over to do a few odd jobs around the flat including hanging up shelving and repairing drywall in the spare room. He did the work perfectly and always makes sure to include you on any major decision making. He was pretty friendly too. I would highly recommend their services to folk.
Doug built us a sturdy garden gate. We are really pleased with it. He arrived when he said he would and he never stopped until gate was built and fitted. He was pleasant with good manners and I would definitely recommend him.
