IG Property maintenance & repairs handyman

Punctual, tidy workmanship is the theme running through the feedback left for Ian, who trades in Sunderland. Several customers note that he turns up when he says he will and gets through each task efficiently, leaving the place clean behind him. Communication before and after a job is praised repeatedly, with quick replies and a call-out arranged soon after the first enquiry. His manner is described as friendly, polite and honest, and clients appreciate the way he offers suggestions for sorting a problem instead of simply doing the minimum.

The tasks reviewed range from fitting a mortice lock and installing loft ladders to shaving a door after new carpet was laid, together with lights and the smaller jobs people can no longer manage themselves. His charges are called reasonable, and on a return visit he willingly put right some further issues at the same address. A neat finish on those smaller pieces of work, and the readiness to come back, are what keep clients asking for him by name.
