LF Property Maintenance

Landlords and homeowners across Liverpool have called on this property maintenance firm for a wide spread of tasks, and the feedback returns to the same strengths: dependable scheduling, clear communication and work finished to a demanding standard. Customers in several reviews describe Sean and his team turning up when promised, keeping to the figure they had quoted and completing the job within the stated timeframe, while requests for alterations at short notice were taken in their stride.

The jobs themselves range widely, covering roof leak inspection, new guttering, repointing, trickle vent and extractor fitting, resealing of windows and a bath, wall redecorating and the fitting of an outdoor tap. Reviews regularly refer to the standard of the finish, and one kitchen transformation is singled out for the care taken and for the property being left clean and tidy afterwards.

Advice features often, with a landlord noting that Sean surveyed a rental property between tenancies, explained which items were necessary and which were not, and supplied a detailed quote afterwards. Amo, Owen and Alan are thanked by name alongside Sean, and the team's friendly, trustworthy manner is highlighted more than once. It is the kitchen and bathroom refurbishment work that customers most often return to when describing what the firm does.
