M&M Property Maintenance Solutions Ltd

Households in Coventry have commissioned Mark and his colleague Toffeek for an assortment of tasks, among them garden upkeep, interior decorating, replacement of external cladding, outside painting, renovation of a bay window and porch, repairs to steps and guttering, and the fitting of bathroom taps. What recurs across the feedback is the calibre of the finished result, with customers describing work carried out to a genuinely high standard and expressing delight at the outcome. Dependability and honesty form another strand, Mark being portrayed as capable, diligent and quick to reply, someone who has assisted on many separate occasions.

Communication features prominently too, especially on the larger renovation projects, where clients felt kept informed as the job progressed. Tidiness is noted as well, the working area being cleared and left clean after each visit. His courteous manner, enthusiasm for the trade and keen eye for detail are singled out, along with a willingness to exceed what was asked in order to get things right. One account recalls that poor encounters with other trades had dented confidence, which this company then restored, leaving the customer glad to call on Mark again for building or property work.
