Neil at NMH Residential is a great rental manager. He's honest and fosters open communication while respecting privacy. The initial rental process was transparent and easy, and Neil helped me get the utilities set up--all of which was tremendously helpful, as I was moving from overseas. He's also very attentive and works quickly to resolve any issues that inevitably arise in a home. I rented from him for over a year, and when I needed to move out at fairly short notice, he and the landlord were understanding and flexible and returned my deposit with no issues or disagreement. I have to very highly rate NMH Residential, having rented a property with them for my mother the process, support , communication, knowledge and information has been fantastic. Neil is brilliant, his knowledge and management with our rental has been great and so reassuring. What has also been great is the personal side, only talking to Neil during the day and even in the evening has been great so we really do recommend them.

Being a fresh graduate, dealing with property agents was intimidating; oftentimes, they were difficult to contact and seemingly unapproachable. Neil is the exception. Super friendly, super responsive, always available, and willing to help 200%. I wish the housing market, everywhere, was full of agents like Neil - it’d be smiles all around! Rented for a year while I was on placement in Oxford. It was great to have Neil as my letting agent - super friendly and approachable, very forthcoming. The whole moving in process was quick and everything went smoothly. Could always contact Neil about something and get a quick response. Fantastic agent / property manager. Highly recommended. I had been renting an Oxford property for 2 years when Neil took over management duties. He was a breath of fresh air. Extremely professional, trustworthy, and responsive. Always looking for reasonable solutions to any issues that came up. High level of integrity. Certainly the highest quality manager of a property I have experienced in 10 years of renting.

Rented for a year as a student, Neil gave us a great deal and came through on all the promises he made. All the maintenance was sorted quickly and properly, no short-cuts, house was in great condition. We brought a lot of problems with managing sub-lets and bills but he was consistently patient and understanding. Most importantly he's the first landlord I've ever trusted, its a genuine shame I've moved away and won't be renting from him again.
