Proper Job Property Maintenance

In Plymouth, Proper Job Property Maintenance carries out painting and decorating work that customers describe in consistently positive terms. Bathroom ceilings have been stripped and repainted, and a main bedroom was transformed, with the finish described as professional rather than messy. Several reviewers highlight Tristan by name, noting his kindness and patience while working. A recurring point is his attention to detail: when a ceiling turned out to be uneven and coving had been left unfinished by someone previously, he adjusted the corners carefully so the result looked seamless.

Customers repeatedly mention that he is polite, friendly and hard-working, taking on awkward jobs rather than avoiding them. The pricing is described as fair and reasonable, with one customer noting the cost was more affordable than expected for interior work, and another calling it excellent value. Communication and reliability come through in accounts of the work being completed to a high standard, with customers saying they would hire the firm again. The praise centres on careful preparation, a tidy finish and the willingness to put right what others had left behind.
