I cannot recommend Gary highly enough! He carried out a thorough assessment of the floorboards and joists in our downstairs front room and quickly identified the underlying issues. Not only did he repair the damaged floorboards and joists to an excellent standard, but he also discovered that there were no air bricks providing ventilation beneath the floor. Gary explained everything clearly and installed the necessary air bricks, giving us peace of mind that the problem has been properly resolved and helping to prevent future issues. Gary was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and hardworking throughout. The quality of his workmanship was outstanding, and he left everything clean and tidy when the job was complete. It's refreshing to find a tradesman who takes such pride in his work. We are absolutely delighted with the result and would not hesitate to use Gary again or recommend him to family and friends. Thank you for a fantastic job!

Gary visited us in December 2025 when we had water pouring in through a patio window. As the weather was bad he came round and made a temporary fix free of charge. In the new year he came and we discussed various options to remedy the issues we had. The previous rendering had blown and we needed other smaller jobs doing. Having been treated badly by previous builders we told him we would put our trust in him. He assured us that he would make everthing good until we were happy. The weather was against us and various snags were sorted, and we are more than happy with the finished results. We even had him replace and treat our worn sleepers at the back of the house whilst we were away on holiday. They look amazing. I can highly recommend PMC to anyone. Gary is the ultimate professional who will listen to your requirements, research if necessary and come up with affordable solutions that suit your needs. His lads are also fabulous 👌 thank you we are very happy with what feels like a new house 😊

Gary and his team are so professional and friendly! They turn up when they say they will, do a thorough job with care - even in the coldest weather! I would highly recommend PMC and will be using them again. They also go above and beyond to tidy and clean up after themselves. Very impressed.
