Kellie, trading as Property Maintenance Queenz, is repeatedly praised for the breadth of work she and her team take on around Brighton. Reviewers commonly mention painting and decorating, erecting shelving, hanging mirrors and fitting coat racks, while others focus on electrical jobs such as isolating a socket and switch ahead of building work, reconnecting them afterwards, and making a buzzing fitting safe. Bathroom installation, tiling, flooring, rewiring of period lighting and kitchen renovations also appear, with one account noting that a bathroom project was carried out by a team made up entirely of women.

A theme that recurs is reliability, with tasks completed within the time promised, including a redecoration and bathroom replacement finished inside five days. Customers frequently highlight clear communication, leaving spaces clean and tidy, and arriving with the right equipment. Kellie herself is named as professional, knowledgeable, approachable and considerate, and is credited with explaining faults before making them safe. Sensible pricing for the standard of work is noted, along with a readiness to work in both private homes and rental properties, from flat-pack assembly for tenants to repainting and rewiring. Her electrical expertise and the wider abilities of the crew are singled out.
