Property Renovation & Care

Property Renovation & Care is based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, and has over 12 years of experience in building and property maintenance. The company serves customers in Chesterfield and the wider Derbyshire area. It offers repairs and property maintenance services, specialised room renovations, full home transformation services, and interior finishing services. Property Renovation & Care brings together a team of experienced professionals under one roof.

Plastering, property maintenance and general handyman repairs form the backbone of this Sheffield operation, and the accounts return again and again to Lakhdar, the tradesman named in most of them. Customers describe work spanning wall and floor repairs after a fireplace was taken out, wardrobe assembly, an outside pipe and a fallen cooker hood, the dismantling of a shower and basin in a bedroom, plastering and skimming, painting, and fitted shelves and clothes rails. Punctuality and reliability come up frequently, with appointments confirmed beforehand and messages answered during and after the job.

A recurring theme is the care taken to assess a problem before proposing a solution, including advice on saving money during larger renovations. Reviewers note tidiness and courtesy in the home, and the friendly way small communication mix-ups were resolved. Pricing is consistently described as fair, with one extra repair completed at no extra charge, while plastering and skimming finishes are singled out for their standard. The same tradesman is booked again for further household projects, from repairs to full renovations.
