R&R Property Maintenance Brighton

R&R Property Services is a UK-based sole trader property maintenance business. It specialises in home renovation. The business holds £2,000,000 public liability insurance. All work includes a 12-month workmanship guarantee.

Property maintenance, plumbing and general handyman work form the core of what this Brighton business is asked to tackle, and reviewers consistently name Jack as the person carrying out much of it. Quick responses recur throughout the feedback, with same-day visits and early arrivals noted before tasks are finished swiftly. Reviewers repeatedly mention the breadth of jobs managed in single visits: a blocked bathtub, electrical repairs, sash window restoration, an original front door brought back to life, a stair gate for a dog and a five-piece wardrobe.

A theme running through the feedback is the clarity of the advice given beforehand, including one instance where a wall required specialist treatment rather than a straightforward repaint. Progress updates and a considerate presence in occupied properties are also highlighted, alongside the professional and friendly manner of the team, with Joe working alongside Jack on an en-suite refresh that drew comment from neighbours. Fire door adjustments following a survey, guidance from first contact to completion and a flawless finish appear in accounts, and the same clients return for further room improvements.
