I happened to bump into Mark on Harpenden High Street and it was my best chance meeting yet! Mark is super helpful, skilled and extremely knowledgeable with all matters of...well, everything! Im compiling a list of jobs that I know he'll be able to complete in a whizz. So professional and friendly and generously gave me some tacks I needed in an emergency. 100% recommend to anyone 😊🌟

Mark is a rare breed indeed. He was responsive to the initial query, quick to slot us in, flexible, turned up when promised, friendly on the phone and in person, and did a great job. He fixed a new TV wall mount and put a new 55” TV up for us. He asked sensible questions and did the job neatly, efficiently, and to a high standard. I would highly recommend Mark for any DIY job, sure in the knowledge that if he can’t do it he will tell you. Thanks Mark

I contacted Mark and he was very busy. It turns out that's for a good reason, he's good. He fit my job in at the end of his day and spent the time talking me through options before starting. Even though it was his last job of the day there was no rush, he was very thorough and tidy, to such a point that he did a little extra to the work he'd done to reassure himself that it was good rather than good enough.

Mark is brilliant! just moved back to my original home and he has already done a great job on my sliding wardrobe doors and hung pictures for me.
