Thames Tradesmen

I previously had a frustrating experience with Thames Tradesmen. Adam, the customer service representative at the time, repeatedly ignored my messages and calls regarding an ordered toilet and the updates I needed. This led to a long and stressful process of chasing for information and eventually dealing with a refund. However, after nearly two months of back-and-forth, Thames Tradesmen assigned a new representative, Danyal, and the experience improved significantly. He was responsive, respectful, and handled the situation efficiently. He also offered a substantial refund as an acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. Based on this turnaround, it’s fair to say Thames Tradesmen has taken steps to improve their service, and I now feel more confident that they’re ready to serve customers properly again.

Got a renovation done this company, was an excellent finish & done within a short time frame. Hats off to them I would definitely recommend.

Amazing service!!! After a last minute call for some garden work, I was greeted with efficient, friendly, and quality service. The work was completed quickly with no faults. I would absolutely use them again, completely transformed both front and back overgrown gardens. I can’t recommend them enough!

Very good service Jamal (Plumber) arrived on time well skilled to do the job. Business receptionist Adam very helpful and easy to talk to about the matter.

We’ve used Thames Tradesmen a few times now for boilers, flooring, and general plumbing. Always consistent and dependable.

Fast, reliable and quick response, job done same day. Taimur was very friendly and efficient. Came to check within 40 minutes and repair the leak same day. And most importantly, affordable price. Definitely will be using this company in future. Thanks alot

I couldn’t be happier with the service. They arrived on time, were professional and courteous, and completed the job efficiently. The pricing was fair, and they took the time to explain everything they were doing. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!"
