They were quick to come out and collect all the rubbish and when I realised that some in another area had not been taken they immediately rectified this. They were also very competitive on price. I dealt with Adam and he was very pleasant and efficient and went out of his way to book me in. Excellent customer service. I would definitely use them again.

We used Diamond Property & Maintenance for an external gutter, windows and courtyard clean, and full internal clean in the Randalstown area. The property was very difficult to get to, and had not been in use since 2022/3. I highly recommend Diamond and would have no hesitation using them again.
I decided that I needed my roof and solar panels cleaned. I contacted four companies, but Diamond rang me and discussed the service and the options available! I decided to go the whole hog and have the house, garage, solar panels, patio and driveway cleaned! Paid my deposit and agreed a date. The guys arrived at 8.30 and left at 5pm. They did everything that was agreed and left the place immaculate! Tristan, one of the bosses turned up and explained the process and the guarantee the company offered! I certainly recommend Diamond with a full ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
DPMNI carried out a Roof Assessment for us on a property we were sale agreed on. Their price was fair, their availability was prompt and customer service second to none.
