But what annoyed me most was the attitude of one person who answered the phone. It wasn't Brian. He told me I was fortunate his firm took on the job. Spare parts were hard to find, no one elce would have taken it on. But he had all the details before starting and added I was getting it at a dirt cheep price - almost £300 to fix 3 kitchen drawers. He was arragant, overbearing, demanded payment before starting- that was my big mistake. I then became irrelevant and invisable and of no consequence. The job was eventualy finished this morning 6th june by a helpful joiner, Jamie. I dont know who this person was, but if I owned the company he would now be unemployedĺ
Very quick response, and service from MYhouseMOT! Shower had stopped working suddenly. MYhouseMOT called out and fixed said shower, within 24 hours. Definitely recommend 👌 😀

Recently got our attic floored and a ladder installed. Couldn’t fault anything! Guys were really friendly, on time and got the job done in a day which is fantastic, they also cleaned up after which was amazing. Would defo recommend!

I needed help with few things at home and he turned up the very same day and done in no time appreciate his help and quick turn around. Nice humble man. I would recommend him
They came to fix a leak for us which then re occurred several months afterwards in December. We brought up the issue with the company and over the space of more than a year sent out multiple people to ‘review the issues’ but never actually rectified the mistakes made. Avoid at all cost, they did not fix our roof correctly and took our money. Then when we wanted the roof fixed properly we were ghosted. I have constantly called the company to rectify issues and nothing is ever done. Poor quality workmanship and horrific customer service.
