Elite South Ltd

Clear quotation provided. On acceptance, Mia quickly scheduled the work which Charlie and his colleague carried out to a high standard. Thank you.

I used Elite to replace a Velux window and to repair a leak on a flat roof where trays were put it to divert water and just generally repair. When it came to fitting the Velux they initially brought the wrong model which then delayed the job by weeks. In respect of the leak I paid them thousands and they did not fix the problem, in fact they made it worse as trays were not fitted properly. I spent thousands again for another company to fix the problem and they were great. No communication or replies to emails from Elite. Absolutely shocking service. Stay away!

Elite have carried out significant works to our property, including digging the entirety of the ground floor foundation, carried out underpinning, new foundation, implementing insulation and a new damp proof course. They then decorated and finished to a high standard. Elite have been excellent throughout and when the inevitable niggles popped up...They resolved them promptly and professionally without issue. All of the guys at Elite are good guys and the quality of the work was carried out to a high standard. I conclusion, we would highly recommend Elite if you are looking for competent contractors.

Elite have done several jobs at our flat in Bournemouth, fixing broken sealant, redoing the decking (large project) and fixing problems with the roof noise. Top quality work and the various people who have come to do the work have been a pleasure to work with. Videos of completed works have also been provided, showing the high standards of workmanship. 5 star recommend.
