S&A Property Services

Fantastic service Efficient listens to the customers concerns and what works they actually want to happen I had been contacting other companies also but no one seem to want to come do the work but S&A came to the forefront and I will be definitely getting him come back to do other works that are needed

Installation of a replacement velux window . Sergiu inspected window to be replaced and gave advice on the new types of options . His quote was detailed and clear . Sergiu prepared area and protected loft and stairs throughout as taking waste material down through the house . He was very efficient and completed the work on time. Everything was left clean and tidy . Very pleased with the new window and I would highly recommend Sergiu as an honest and trustworthy tradesman .

I tried multiple companies to repair and replace some Velux windows. Most companies weren’t interested or gave silly quotes demanding scaffolding etc. Sergei was the only one who gave a sensible quote and went on to complete the work quickly and efficiently. I cannot recommend him enough

Sergio is excellent. Clean, tidy and careful. Found, and fixed a problem a previous velux person could not. Sergio has 18 years experience with velux. Highly recommended.

Contacted Sergiou through the Velux site. He came round quickly and gave a very fair price for sipply and fit of 3 new Velux windows. Polite, hardworking and a brilliant result. Highly recommended.

Serg came and replaced the motors on our broken velux windows. Great job, professional service, came on time, left the place spotless and good advice from him. Would highly recommend him to anyone.
