Locksmith work and general handyman tasks are the services offered by Mac's handyman & locksmith, and customers describe the response as consistently fast. Several reviewers mention that Mac and his son Tyler arrived promptly and dealt with lock changes, malfunctioning room locks and a key broken off in a garage door without delay. A recurring theme is the professional standard of the finished work, whether rehanging a wooden back gate after storm damage, re-siting bolts so it shuts and locks smoothly, or repairing draughty window trims. Reviewers repeatedly note fair and reasonable pricing, with a clear quote given before work began.

Politeness and helpfulness are mentioned across accounts, and one customer describes the operation as a trustworthy family business after locks were installed in a student HMO. Neatness of installation and the ability to take on handyman jobs alongside locksmith work are also highlighted. The quality of the result and the willingness to return for further work are noted by clients who had locks replaced or a call-out resolved.
