Multi Trades property services ltd

I can’t recommend Richard (Multi Trades), highly enough. Richard has completed many projects for me over the last few years including creating a downstairs lavatory in a small storage area. Complete refurbishment of my bathroom with walk-in shower. This required replacing an old toilet and associated stack. Up graded kitchen area and replaced internal doors throughout. Richard works to the highest standard and leaves at the end of each day having cleared and cleaned the work area, ensuring a safe environment for the evening activity. Richard is a gas safe engineer and has done full strip down service as well as interim services. He has also ensured effective accessible stopcocks in my property.

Richard is absolutely amazing! I can't recommend him enough. He's so polite and helpful. He arrives on time, nothing is a problem, he talks you through everything properly. He's respectful to you and your property, even takes his shoes off in the house! Absolutely brilliant man! Thank you Richard for all the work.

contacted Richard at really short notice, he came round asap. did the job the next day, turned up at on time carried out the work professionally, very tidy and satisfied with work carried out. would highly recommend

Richard is brilliant he did such a good job and nothing is too much trouble for him. Richard is reliable and very professional and I definitely recommend him 100%

I had no hot water for nearly a week and Richard made sure that I got my hot water back asap. He replaced the damaged parts of my boiler and also went out off his way to clean parts that needed cleaning. Quick service and reliable!

Highly recommended. Richard is one of the nicest people you could meet. Workmanship is second to none and prices are great. I had some radiators changed and pipes moved, I will never use anyone else. Easy 5 stars.

Richard very kindly came out within a couple of days when I was having issues with my toilet flushing. He came when expected and did a brilliant job. Very helpful and kind. Would recommend his services and will use him again.
