After being let down by some trades at the last minute, along comes Danny and Property Maintenance Services to pick up the work at very short notice and they’ve done a great job. Completely relaid the 100 year old roof, ensuring the strengthening work and felting was all done. A huge amount of work on a complex roof. This was all done whilst fighting the weather. We were having renewables fitted so Danny has fitted vents to accommodate that as well as repointing the chimneys, and replacing gutting and drainpipes. Loads of work done really well, by nice people at a decent price. Would happily recommend them.

Asked for recommendations on the local Facebook page for someone to quote for guttering, fascia and soffits. Dan was quick to quote, came round same day. He even gave me some advice/assistance on some other issues that had sprung up with the house. He manged to schedule the work in only a week later! Dan kept me updated with timings and arrived promptly. Him and Sean did a wonderful job of the work, paid attention to every detail. They were friendly and professional throughout. Great customer service! Had an issue with my clients front door tried to resolve the issue myself, got late on in the night, when I decided to call Property Maintenance Services. They were with me within the half hour and got swiftly on with the job. Job could not be completed there and then due to failing parts, parts were ordered and fitted the next day. Would highly recommend.
