Had leaks on my conservatory roof which resulted in most of it being taken off and re-fitted. Tbh it's been a nightmare for S&C as well as me but each time they came back with further solutions. It has cost alot more than initially thought, but hopefully there will be no more problems. Josh always explained the process and gave a 5 year guarantee for his work

Emergency call out for leaking roof. Patched up a couple of holes where the membrane had deteriorated and replaced a few missing tiles. Advised us that the fix was temporary and that we needed further remedial work to complete a full long term repair. Reasonable rates and good service. We were told a new felt / membrane is needed and rotten batons need replacing. I’d recommend these guys as they don’t try and overcharge or tell you any porkies. Offered us several options depending on our budget and told us to seek further opinions to corroborate their diagnosis.

Took a deposit for the work. Didn’t come, I asked for deposit back but wouldn’t give it back due to T&C’s (which was sent after I paid so I didn’t know). After not coming over a period of two weeks for multiple reasons, tools forgotten, food poisoning, snow (that wasn’t there), late on jobs etc etc I finally got deposit back. Wasted my time. It was always me saying “where are you?” never them letting me know they were going to be late. I organised 9 occasions to work from home, moved meetings. Ended up having to work on a weekend and miss family time because of being messed about. Meanwhile roof leaking and causing damage because they didn't turn up. Avoid!

Excellent to deal with - came to the rescue after we were messed about by a different roofer. Arrived when he said he would, fair price and work was completed quickly. Pics of work done were shared too. Thanks very much 🌟

S & C Maintenance services came out the same day that I rang them to have a look at my roof that I had been given many outrageous quotes for. Josh was very helpful, polite, knowledgable and very speedy at getting the job done! He also sorted a problem with my gutter and disconnected an old shower line for me for no extra cost. Its good to know that good tradesmen do exist who will give value for money and top service. Would 100% recommend and will be using them in future! Thanks again!
