I also had a fitter out for the radiator in the bathroom he has ordered me a new radiator as my one is rusted and leaking. I cannot fault your service.
I was extremely happy with the service guys plumbed in for and took away my old one could be happier with the washing machine and service. Thank you so much very much appreciated 😀
Chap was brilliant, in out no mucking about clean job and even put the light bulbs back in for us 10/10
My door had stuck shut. The repair man was timely, clean and courteous. He completed the repair allowing me access. Hood job, well done thank you!

Stuck without hot water from Friday for days as needing a thermostat for hot water cylinder and told all stories including its a special part needed! What a joke of a company! Have just been released from hospital with myeloma and having no immune system told to get myself cleaned with the use of my kettle as no one is able to assist with my emergency! Special part ...what a joke I told them ...but still no help or anything else to do ...I believe that thermostat you can get at screwfix or b&q ...but no they have a supplier and it'll potentially be on Monday but no guerentee ...now leaving me 4 days without any hot reaching Monday. That now increasing my chances of infection! Avoid at all costs as they do not care about no emergency! What a circus with many clowns and silly excuses I heard throughout my sad experience!
Poor project management from start to finish. Continual delays to work being carried out, no responsibility taken for shoddy workmanship, silly excuses and no real desire to see the job completed in an acceptable timeframe. Caused a great deal of stress for us and I would not wish others to go through this. I do not recommend employing this company and being put in the same situation. They are obviously a factoring company that quickly expanded into building and the trades and are now unable to keep up with the workload and commit to ensuring an acceptable service to their clients. Steer clear!
