I'm a tenant in a Knightswood high rise and the work was organised by my letting agent. Had repair to water damaged wall and wetwall fitted. Originally the plan was to remove sink and toilet first but this wasn't possible as the supply tap (cunningly hidden away was seized) but Jim the fixer found a way to do the job anyway. He is a really friendly guy, and he kept me informed throughout the work and tidied up constantly. Very pleased with the result.
